OurWorld is an exciting, multi-dimensional immersive experience. It is a blockchain-based, multi-layered metaverse platform. We have divided the earth’s surface into over one trillion purchasable hexagons with the goal of raising funds to support organisations tackling climate change. 70% of all net profit created through OurWorld will go directly into a fund used to tackle the global crisis.

In OurWorld, users will be able to buy and sell digital land & sea in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Purchased land & sea can be transformed into a personalised, interactive, and functional 3D interface as a Web3 home for decentralised social media, live events, digital content, gaming, finance, and e-commerce, among other things. (Include a link to “about us”).

Each individual Hex of virtual land & sea has an area of approximately 300m² of happiness, from 10 Km below sea level to 10,000 km above sea level.

You will be able to interact with OurWorld on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
At first, you’ll be invited to a two-dimensional space, so you won’t need much hardware. As we build out our three-dimensional space, you’ll need a VR headset for the best experience, but you’ll still be able to interact and create in your two-dimensional space.

OurWorld will empower ordinary citizens around the world to address the effects of climate change by creating a community based on shared passion, values, and beliefs in order to make a difference in the effects of global warming on our planet. These communities will be hosted on our social media platforms

We plan to launch a limited view VR version of OurWorld for users to create their personal spaces and also attend OurVoices Events.

Yes, and we are researching a secure and trusted cross chain solution to do this. We will add multiple new platforms as we progress. 

OurWorld tracks its carbon output from day-to-day activities across all operations to reduce and offset carbon emissions in order to maintain net zero emissions.

We offset any emissions by supporting climate change projects that contribute towards reducing carbon in the atmosphere and improving biodiversity. All projects are pre-vetted and recognised by an international third-party verification standard.

We believe OurCommunity will contribute towards our development, so we adopt an open-source philosophy. We would invite OurCommunity to discuss this option, its benefits, and how it can work for everyone.

Yes, you will need a wallet we use MetaMask to connect pay and host the NFTs.

A blockchain wallet is the digital equivalent to your real-world wallet. You can store and manage cryptocurrencies and other digital assets, such as NFTs, in it. Wallets are usually available as browser extensions or desktop and mobile apps.
