90% of the worlds educated population believes that humans impact climate change. To influence a problem of this magnitude we need a solution with the potential to achieve two main goals.
1) Connect people around the world to form an active and passionate community with a common set of values and beliefs.
2) Create a fund for when the plan works and OurCommunity reaches a decisive action, we have the means to carry it out.
A clear and definitive evolution of the Internet is currently taking place. Web3 is made up of multiple disruptive technologies that provide an immersive online experience. Imagine what could be achieved if a fixed percentage of Web2 internet revenues were donated to a fund.
This fund would be deployed through a transparent, immutable and democratic process and backed by a passionate community, OurWorld will use the new version of the internet as a solution to mitigate the human impact on climate change.

The OurTheWorld team shares a passion for making a difference.
We have seen first-hand the plastic islands in the oceans, witnessed oil spills and observed the subtle seasonal weather changes over the years with more extreme weather events becoming the new norm. This has made us reflect and think about the legacy we want to leave to our descendants.
